4 Simple Steps to Open Your MGITM Center

The MGITM affiliation process is straightforward, transparent, and designed to get your center up and running quickly.

Submit Application

Fill the Branch Collaboration Application Form online with your center's details, location, and proposed programs.

Document Submission

Submit required documents: ID proof, address proof, institute registration (if existing), and infrastructure details.

Verification & Inspection

MGITM's regional team verifies your documents and conducts a center inspection to ensure quality standards are met.

Receive Affiliation

After approval, receive your MGITM Center Code, affiliation certificate, study materials, and portal access to begin enrolling students.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 200 sq ft dedicated classroom space
  • At least 5 computer workstations with internet access (for IT programs)
  • Qualified instructor with minimum graduate-level education
  • Valid address proof and contact information of center owner
  • Email ID for official communication and portal access

Documents Required

  • Government ID proof of center director/owner (Aadhaar/PAN)
  • Address proof of proposed center location
  • Educational qualification certificates of instructor(s)
  • Photographs of classroom and computer lab (interior)
  • Registration certificate (if existing institute)
